Use your parental access code to prevent your child from disabling parental controls without your consent, as well as to disable the blocking of the child's device while they sleep or remove their Google account from the device if it is not connected to the Internet.
Parental access code can be accessed in the Family Link app or on families.google.com website. It cannot be sent by email or SMS. You need to enter the code on your child's device before it expires.
How to get a parent access code in the Family Link app
- Open the Family Link app on your device.
- In the top left corner, click on the Parent Access Code menu icon. The code changes every few minutes.
